What Music is Available?
Eight original solo pieces by Steve Atlas are included in Book 1. Each packaged order includes a Solo Book for your instrument, an optional Piano Accompaniment Score Book, and a CD that includes:
~ A professionally recorded Duet of each piece
~ Recorded piano-only accompaniment for performing when you have no pianist.
~ Index marks for practicing without having to go back to the beginning of each piece every time you make a mistake.

Who are the Musicians on the CD?
Donn Teubner-Rhodes, MD studied clarinet and saxophone at North Texas University. Later, he studied flute with Paula Hatcher of the Peabody Institute who studied with famed jazz guitarist Charlie Byrd.Donn performs jazz and classical music in the Baltimore-Washington metropolitan areas.
On this CD, Donn plays 4 instruments: Alto Saxophone (Celebration, In the Park), Clarinet (Reminiscing, Goodbye), Flute (Courtly Dance, Pastorale), and Tenor Saxophone ( Frolic, Wistfulness).
Steve Atlas studied music history at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. He plays piano, has sung tenor in several choruses, and enjoys composing tuneful easy-to-perform music.
Is the music in fine print or large print?
The sheet music is fairly large print and easy to read.Is the sheet music loose or bound?
Both the piano book and instrument book are spiral bound with easy page turns.Do I have to turn pages when playing?
All solos are no more than 2 open-face pages. The soloist has no page turns during the performance.If the pianist provides their purchase order number and shipping name and address to us, we will provide a pdf of their piano music.
They can then print their music single-sided and tape the pages together into one long sheet for performances. This keeps the pianist from
having to rip up his or her piano book.
How long will it take to get my order?
